At Hastings Injury Law, there is no charge at any stage unless we recover money on your behalf. That starts with your initial consultation — which is always free — and it never changes. No upfront costs, no hourly fees, no bill at the end if we don't win. Our fee is a percentage of what we recover for you, and if we recover nothing, you owe us nothing.

That's not a promotion. It's simply how we believe injury representation should work: if we're asking you to trust us with something this important, we should have real skin in the game.
